You will love the skewers in the oven in the consistency of Turkish delight, which are softer than other chicken skewers you make at home. This recipe, which will win your appreciation with its ease of preparation, can be indispensable for meat lovers. The recipe for chicken skewers, which is a good alternative for those who do not have time to barbecue, should be included in everyone's recipe book. You should look at my recipe that I told you and then run to your kitchens. Good luck to those who will try. :)
Let's mix the yogurt, tomato paste and spices in a suitable bowl to marinate the chicken meat.
Let's add the meat that we cut into cubes to this sauce and mix it well. If you have time, cover the chickens and leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
I put tomatoes, chicken, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers in order.
Let's put our garbage skewers that we prepared on the tray that we placed in the yellow baking tray, which is made of baking paper and aluminum foil outside.
Let's cover it with a wrapping paper again and bake it in a 200°C oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Let's open the top of our cooked chicken and put it in the oven until it is browned. Our fried chicken skewers are ready to serve.
Baked Chicken Skewer Tips
If you have time, you can marinate your meat covered in the refrigerator for 1 night. If you don't have time, 2-3 hours will be enough. The longer the marinating process, the tastier your meat will be.
Since the yellow baking paper you use is aluminum foil outside the baking paper, your meat will be cooked in its own steam and thus will be softer. At the same time, thanks to the yellow baking paper, your tray will not get dirty and will save you from the trouble of dishes. :)
After the time you set has expired, you should remove the yellow cooking on your meat and put the meat back in the oven to brown it.
