Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients well, roll into balls, roll balls in sugar. Place on cookie sheet, & bake for 8-9 minutes.
They are excellent as is but to make them even better, I frost them.
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
milk just enough to make frosting consistency.
The only thing I do different, is put a little less oil than recipe calls for.
