Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough several hours or overnight. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. Press down with cookie press or glass tumbler dipped in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 375F for 5-10 minutes.
