Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 F. Cover 9" x 13" dish with oil or butter. Spread half of the cheese and all tomatoes and spinach in pan. Combine eggs and egg whites into bowl and whisk in the flour until smooth. Add yogurt, then gradually whisk in the milk to make a thin, smooth batter. Pour the batter over the tomatoes and spinach then sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the top. Bake until set, puffed, lightly golden, about 30 to 35 minutes.
