Suggest a better descriptionPress saute' button on Instant Pot and melt the butter.
Add chopped onion and saute' until onion turns golden brown.
Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off saute' setting. Add chicken broth, stir well to get anything stuck on bottom.
Add broccoli, parsley, garlic salt, salt, pepper and paprika and stir together. Place lid on and lock.
Set valve to sealing and press MANUAL button, and set time for 8 minutes.
Release pressure valve. Stir soup and add the half and half and 3 cheeses.
Stir well to combine all ingredients and melt the cheese.
Let sit for 10 minutes, Stir again and serve. (you may use immersion blender to make soup a creamier texture.
