Preheat broiler on high. Line baking sheet with foil. Combine pork, green onions, garlic, ginger and 1/2 tsp each s/p. Form mixture into bit-size meatballs and arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. In covered sauce pan, heat broth to simmering. Uncover, add snow peas, rice and broiled meatballs. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and meatballs are tender.
