In large skillet cook the onion, carrots, pepper and celery in oil for 3 mins or until soften. Add the beef and cook for 3 mins, or until barely pink. Add the seasoning mix and salt, cook for 1 min.
Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med. and simmer for 10 mins. or until veg are softened.
