Scott's recipe
1. -- cook down the tomatoes with the sugar.
2. -- Saute the onion, peppers, celery, garlic til transparent.
3. -- Blend the tomatoes in blender - then the veggies, - then the tomato paste.
4. -- Return all to the stove top & add the heavy cream & chicken broth, until you have the desired consistency you want.
Herbs de Provence = marjoram, thyme, parsley, sage, rosemary, basil, lavendar.
Could add bay shrimp or clams to make it different. Also maybe some penne noodles.
