Suggest a better descriptionfrom The Joys of Jewish Cooking/Longstreet Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to mixture of oil and eggs. Knead until smooth. Roll pieces of dough into 1/2 inch thick strips. Cut strips into 1 inch pieces. Set out on a greased baking sheets and bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Move pan occasionally to brown evenly. Add 1/2 dozen to each plate of hot soup. Store leftover mandlen in a covered jar. \ Makes about 150.
