1. Make ground beef into hamburger patties; cook until brown on both sides. Drain grease and return to skillet.
2. Slice the onion and place on top of each hamburger patty.
3. Mix the cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, seasoning salt and water. Pour mixture over burgers.
4. Cook over medium heat approximately 20 minutes.
