Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5" pan.
Beat sugar and vegetable oil. Add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Pour into a pan. Bake 40-50 minutes.
May take longer to bake, depending on your oven.
