The creamy mushroom topping is a tasty compliment to the beffy flavor of the hamburg patties. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cooking time 10 minutes.
Combine meat w/ salt & pepper and shape into 4 patties. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
While meat cooks, saute sliced mushrooms (reserve some for garnish) w/ scallions in butter until soft. Stir in the Worcetershire sauce, beef broth powder and sour cream.
Cook mixture just until heated through, but do not boil. Place cooked burgers on toasted buns. Top w/ sauce and mushroom slices for garnish.
