Add sour cream and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients and beat well.
Pour 1/2 batter in greased tube pan.
Add most of cinnamon mixture in batter.
Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture on top and add chop nuts.
Bake 325 degrees for 55 mins.
