Combine crumbs, nuts and cinnamon; add butter and combine. Take 1/4 cup out for topping. Press remainder into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, extract and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until smooth. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Add eggs one at a time, on low speed just until combined. Stir in sour cream. Turn into pie pan and sprinkle the reserved crumbs. Bake at 375? for 50-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool on a rack and chill for 4-5 hours.
