Not low fat but a nice treat!
Can be made with either corn tortillas or flour tortillas.
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a medium saucepan sauté green onions in olive oil until tender. Add garlic powder, chili powder, green chilies, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix well. Reserve 3/4 of this sauce and set aside.
To the remaining sauce add chicken and 1cup of cheese and enchilada sauce. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll up and place seam down in baking dish.
Combine reserved sauce with milk. Spoon mixture over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 35-40 minutes until heated through.
