My childhood favorite, straight from mom's kitchen.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Oil one 9x13 pan.
For Filling:
Mix cheddar cheese, chicken, and green onion together in bowl.
For Sauce:
Mix soup, sour cream, green chilis, and salt in small saucepan over medium heat until smooth, and then turn to low heat.
Divide filling into 12 parts. Place one part on each corn tortilla, spread evenly in a line across the tortilla. Top with one spoonful of sauce, and then roll and place in pan. After all tortilas are rolled and in the pan, spread the remaining sauce over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving suggestion: sour cream and salsa as condiments.
