Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Beat together the sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, scraping the bowl occasionally. Beat about 1/4 of the flour mixture and the sour cream at a time alternately into the sugar mixture on low speed until blended.
Spread 1/3rd of the batter into the pan. Then sprinkle with 1/3rd of the Brown Sugar Filling (Listed below). Repeat 2 more times. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, and drizzle with Glaze (listed below)
Brown Sugar Filling:
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp Vanilla
1-1 1/2 tsp milk
Mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
