This is a family tradition to make for Easter morning.
Preheat oven to 350?. Butter and flour a 9 inch tube baking pan.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add flavorings and grated lemon rind.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternately with sour cream.
Fold in blueberries.
For topping, combine butter, sugar, cinnamon and sifted flour in a bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
