Cornbread with core
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine corn,eggs, oil, and sour cream, mix well. Combine corn meal and baking powder, stir into corn mixture and mix well.
Pour mixture into a well greased 10 inch iron skillet or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done
