Great great with pears or apples
Mix sugar, sour cream, raisins, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl, fold in pears set aside.
Heat oven to 425.
Roll out pastry crust to a 13" circle. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Mount pear mixture on center of pastry to within 3" of crust edge. Sprinkle nuts over pear mixture. Fold edge of pastry over pear mixture, overlapping is ok. Leave a 6" circle open in the center of pear mixture.
Brush mixture with milk, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into wedges, serve warm
