Works good in baking
Pour lemon juice in measuring cup and fill the cup with milk (mixed from powdered works well). Stir into recipe where sour cream is called for.
Melt butter and let partially cool. Add with other wet ingredients or fat.
Much less expensive than sour cream and I always have the ingredients on hand.
