Heat stone domed bread baker (cloche) found on Amazon.com in oven to 450 degrees. Scoop dough into cloche and cover. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove dome, turn oven temperature down to 425. Bake 5-10 minutes more or until the desired browning is reached. Remove from pan and cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.
You can change the recipe by replacing 1 cup of the white four with other grains. Try wheat germ. whole wheat, rye etc.
