Mix in seperate bowl and then pour starter in.
Do not stir until has been at room temp for 7-12 hours. Remove one cup and return to fridge. Use remaining to make bread or give/throw away.
Step 2: Mix all the wet ingredients then put flour on top. Place in buttered/greased bowl and then flip to make sure top is greased as well. Cover lightly and let rise for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 3: Punch down dough and knead in a floured surface. Divide into 2, 3, or 4 parts and place in 3 regular sized pans or 4 smaller ones. Cover and let rise for 10 to 12 hours.
Step 4: Bake loaves at 350* for 30-40 minutes. Brush with butter when you removed from the oven.
