In a blender, combine eggs, cheeses, and salt.
Place half strip of bacon in bottom of jar. Divide egg mixture evenly amongst them.
Attach two-part lids and close to fingertip tightness.
Submerge in water bath for 1 hour.
Remove jars, let cool, and using a knife remove egg bites.
