Heat water to 137 degrees
Season pork loin, put in souse vide bag, cook for 2 hours and 30 min.
Take out of bag, and pat dry.
Sear pork for about 1min 20 sec on each side in a VERY hot cask iron grill pan (lightly oiled).
Let rest
Could be used with pretty much any regular recipe where you bake pork.
