1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Cut in butter until consistency of corn meal
3. Add buttermilk, should be very wet.
4. Turn dough out onto floured board. Gently pat (do not roll with rolling pin) the dough out to 1/2 inch. Fold about 5 times, gently press dough to 1 inch.
5. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 min.
