Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray pan with no-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and pour into cake pan. Bake for 1 hour.
2. When cool, pierce cake 100 times.
3. Prepare glaze. Heat 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup of water on a low microwave setting. Mix in 2 shots of southern comfort and pour over cake.
