Suggest a better descriptionCut the tomatoes into halves or quarters depending on their size and place in a bowl. Place tahini in a separate bowl and add water, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste until you get a nice smooth mixture. Add this mixture to the tomatoes along with the toasted pine nuts. Enjoy!
