One of those great recipes that you start the night before and just pop in the oven in the morning
Place as many bread slices as will fit in a single layer in a 13" X 9" pan coated with non-stick vegetable spray. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and half-and-half; pour over the bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, blend together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and pecans. Spread over the bread slices. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
