Preheat oven to 400°
Beat eggs slightly. Beat in sugar then blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°, and continue baking 35-40 minutes; the pie will be brown and slightly puffed.
I cover edges of pie crust with foil. Watch that pecans don’t get to brown.
