Suggest a better descriptionPut ribs in small roaster or baking dish. Bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Drain off accumulated fat. Mix together ketchup, water, chile powder, and tabasco. Pour over ribs. Return to oven for another 1 1/2 hours or until tender. The meat usually separates from the bone when done. This is a goodie! Of course you can add more chile powder or tabasco if you like it hotter! Posted to recipelu-digest by SRemers@aol.com on Feb 16, 1998
