Suggest a better descriptionIn skillet heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms (try 8 oz fresh instead of canned) for 2 minutes, Dust beef cubes with seasoned flour. Add beef to skillet and brown. Add broth and chiles; cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Stir in sour cream and heat, do not boil. Serve with pasta.
