Mix vinegar, oil, hot sauce and garlic in a bowl. Cut avocado into 1/2 inch cubes and add to vinegar mixture. Drain and rinse the peas, beans and corn and add to the mixture. Then add cilantro, green olives and tomatoes. Add ssalt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
