Tortilla Soup with Chicken
1) Heat oil in large pot. Add onion, poblano and corn and cook until soft. About 3 minutes.
2) Add garlic, spices, chipotle chilies and sauce and cook another 2 minutes
3) Add diced tomatoes, broth and chicken. Heat and maintain active simmer for 20+ minutes. Then add lime juice to taste.
4) serve in bowls with chips, queso, avocado and cilantro. Lime wedges
