Really Healthly, really delicious burger recipe.
Burgers:
In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1/2 tablespoon jalapeño and black pepper. Make 4 patties about 1" thick. Grill the patties about 4" from heat source. Cook for about 5 minutes each side only turning once.
Tomato Salsa:
Combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, scallion, lime juice, salt, 1 tablespoon cilantro and 1/2 tablespoon jalapeño.
I suggest eating it with a hamburger bun and putting the salsa on the burger between the buns. Is great without the bun too.
Each is around 300 calories, not bad for a great burger!
Don't overcook the Turkey, Get rid of the pink center. 5 minutes on each side at 165 degrees should be good.
