Very easy recipe. This was an instant hit in my house!

Cut the flank steak against the grain into thin slices and set aside.
Combine the garlic and ginger in a small bowl and set aside. In another small bowl, combine the soy sauce and the brown sugar and et aside.
In a wok, heat 2 Tblsp of the oil. When hot, add the green beans. Cook and stir until the beans are blistered and brown in spots. (approx 7-8 minutes). Remove from wok and set on paper towels to drain.
Add the remaining Tblsp of oil to the wok.
Add the garlic-ginger mixture and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add half of the steak slices and cook until browned. Remove the steak using a slotted spoon or tongs. Add the remaining steak and cook until brown. Add back the steak to the wok.
Stir in the scallions, mirin, sambal oleek, and the soy sauce-brown sugar mixture. Cook for approx 1-2 minutes.
Add back the green beans and cook. until the beans are heated through.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
