Suggest a better description1- soak soya granules in two cups of mild for fifteen minutes
2 - drain and squeeze out excess milk
3 - grind to mince the granules further
4 - in a large mixing bowl, mis together soya granules, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt to taste.
5 - divid the mixture into four equal portions
6 - shape each portion into a patty of 3 inches and about 1/2 in thick
7 - coaty each patty evenly with breadcrumbs
8 - heat a non stick pan and cook the patties on both sides till crisp
9 - serve on buns with favorite garnish
