This is the best spagetti sauce ever!. I usually make it in a slow cooker. This sauce can easily be doubled or tripled and frozen.
Combine Ingredients and cook over low heat. Taste, if bitter add more sugar and 1 or 2 pinches of cinnamon.
Meatballs:
Mix together well, roll into meatballs. Brown in hot frying pan or broil in oven. Put into sauce. Simmer no less that 2 hours or all day.
