Boil pasta in salted water and cook to al dente. Set aside.
in a saute pan and olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, tomato, capers and tuna. Saute for about 1 minute to allow tomato to soften a little.
Add warm pasta, toss until combined, Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a pasta bowl and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
