Mix all ingredients together. Knead mixture with hands until evenly combined. Break apart and shape into 1" balls. In a large non-stick skillet, warm olive oil over medium-high heat. Place meatballs in pan and cook until all sides are browned (approximately 5 minutes). Remove and drain.
For Sauce: saute onions about 3 minutes, add tomato sauce and diced tomato and simmer 10 minutes.
Gently add all meatballs to sauce, cover pan and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper into mixture.
Cook spaghetti and drain according to package directions.
