Cook spaghetti and drain, place in bag. Chop the onion. Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, and cheese and form into golf ball sized balls. Place on a covered place and place in the fridge.
Heat a large pan over medium high heat and cook meatballs until evenly browned on the outside. Place on a plate with a paper towel to drain. Lower to medium heat and heat the pasta sauce.
Pour sauce over pasta and meatballs. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
