Suggest a better descriptionChop onion, garlic,parsley, and eggs in a food processor. Add this mixture to the ground meats, mix and form into balls. Fry meat balls and sausage until, cooked. Remove the cook meat from the frying pan, add the tomato paste and cook until dark. Add the tomato sauce one can at a time cooking until dark before adding the next. Add the Roma tomatoes and meat back to the pan. Add enough water to cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
