Seperately,
heat olive oil in pan,
Add chopped onion,
Add salt and pepper
Add grated carrot
Add meat and allow to brown,
Add paprika
Add chopped tomato
Add tomato paste
Add cup of pasta water and allow to cook
Add cooked pasta and mix
Allow to cook for short while longer
Mix and serve (some meat on top)
Add parsley on top
