Sauté garlic with salt in butter , remove garlic
Sauté pasta in garlic butter, set aside
SAUTÉ PINE NUTS, set aside
YOGHURT
mix yoghurt with minced garlic and salt
LAYERING
place pasta first, then garlic yoghurt, then beef, then pine nuts, garlic and finally parsley in serving dish. Serve.
