Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, toss cooked spaghetti with egg, Parmesan, mozzarella and Alfredo sauce. Grease or spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the spaghetti around the walls of each muffin cup, leaving an indentation in the center to form a nest. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine marinara and cooked turkey in a large pot over medium heat. Add a small amount of sauce to each spaghetti nest. Top with Parmesan and basil. Serve, refrigerating and leftovers.
