Suggest a better descriptionBreak spaghetti in about 2 inch pieces. Cook in boiling salted water until done. Drain. While still warm, combine spaghetti with eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and 1 cup mozzarella. Pour into 2 well greased 10 inch pie plate and pat mixture up and around sides with a spoon. Saute onion in olive oil until transparent. Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti.
Cook Italian sausage and drain. Add tomato paste, pureed stewed tomatoes, oregano, and cumin.
Spoon sausage mixture on top of sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle remaining shredded Mozzarella over 2 pies.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
