Mix spaghetti, butter, parmesan cheese and eggs together and press into a 9" x 13" greased pan. Spread cottage cheese on top. Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and spaghetti sauce. Spread beef mix on top of cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 mins.
