1. Marinate the prawns in the chillies mixed with half the garlic and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
2. Cook the onion and rest of the garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until soft. Add the tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. Drain, keeping 2 tablespoons of the pasta water.
4. Add the prawns and marinade to the tomatoe sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until the prawns turn pink. Add the pasta and water to the sauce with a large handful of basil. Toss, season and serve
