1. Set large covered pot with hot water and sea salt (or 2 tbsp oil) to boil on stove. Stir until salt is mostly dissolved.
2. Heat medium sized pot for sauce to medium high heat. Add lean ground beef, seasoned salt, onion, and garlic. Stir frequently until meat is brown. Drain, if required, and return to pot.
3. In a small bowl add dry spices to wine. Pour into sauce pot.
4. Add remaining ingredients, less pasta. Stir to combine.
5. Bring sauce to boil then reduce to simmer.
6. Boil pasta until desired texture is reached. Drain, reserving a small amount of pasta water. Return pasta to pot with water.
7. Top pasta with sauce and enjoy!
