In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium heat. Add ground turkey and brown, breaking up meat. Add onion and salt lightly to prevent burning. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and tomato paste along with herbs and spices. Simmer 10 minutes. Add prepared spaghetti sauce and continue simmering another 5 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked pasta and parmesan cheese.
